ACT Expo Live! 2024 Put Your Organization in the Spotlight

In this Update, we want to remind exhibitors of the valuable opportunities ACT offers exhibitors to enhance their presence in the toxicology community and provide substantial benefits to your organization before, during, and after this year's 45th Annual Meeting and Expo Live! 2024.

Exhibitor-Hosted Program

The Exhibitor-Hosted Program Application is now available.

Act quickly to maximize the opportunity for your company to showcase its commercially supported, scientific, and educational content to attendees of the 2024 ACT Annual Meeting. These 55-minute sessions are scheduled to start at noon. It is beneficial to cater to your attendees. There are plenty of creative and simple methods to transform an often-overlooked aspect of an event into a key part of an unforgettable educational lunchtime experience.

The deadline to apply is July 14, 2024, or until all timeslots are filled. Applications are reviewed and timeslots are assigned on a rolling basis, so it is recommended to submit your application
as soon as possible. Host organizations selected to present an Exhibitor-Hosted Program are assessed $1,500 for each approved session.

ACT Expo Event App's – Digital Scavenger Hunt



ToxHunt — Digital Scavenger Hunt

We are excited to announce the return of our popular Digital Scavenger Hunt, ToxHunt in the Exhibit Hall. This engaging activity is designed to encourage attendees to visit exhibitors. Using the ACT Mobile App, attendees will search for “Dr. Fox” in participating exhibitors’ booths. Once attendees have hunted down the required number of answers, they will be entered into a Grand Prize Drawing for fantastic prizes.
 
This fun and interactive event costs just $325 and is a great way to drive traffic to your booth and increase engagement with attendees. Be sure to sign-up today!

Build a Buzz

Connect with attendees as soon as they arrive in Austin by supporting one of ACT’s exclusive marketing opportunities. 

  • Feature your company on the Annual Meeting Notepads, distributed in CE courses, committee meetings, and registration. When attendees are taking notes, they will also be taking note of your company! As a perk, some notepads will be made available to distribute from your booth.
  • Increase awareness by supporting ACT Hotel Keycards. This opportunity is customizable to your marketing needs. When attendees arrive in Austin, they will be handed their room key - and your company logo! Feature your booth number, Exhibitor Hosted Session, new product, QR Code messaging, or other exciting news before attendees enter the convention center.
  • Personal-sized hand sanitizers will be available in the Registration area featuring your organization’s artwork. A portion of the hand sanitizers will be made available for distribution from your booth. Share your logo, not your germs!

Become A Corporate Partner

ACT Exhibit Sales are conducted in priority point order. We invite you to explore our Corporate Members’ Opportunities and consider becoming a Corporate Partner. Corporate Partners enjoy numerous benefits, including an additional priority point and preferential treatment during exhibit booth selection.  For instance, if ten exhibitors have a priority point count of five, Corporate Partners are given precedence within that group.

Let's Get Started — Exhibitor Online Profile

Manage Online Booth Profile

Step 1: Visit ACT Expo Live 2024 to access your Online Profile Page Login. Enter your email address and password. If you forgot your password select "Forgot Password?" to reset. Once you have logged in you can:
  • Explore the exhibitor online profiles
  • Search for exhibitors by name, keywords, and product categories
  • Create a Favorites List
Step 2: Manage the content on your organization's online profile page. Here you will be able to "Take the Online Profile Page Tour" to learn about your profile page and follow the prompts to review, edit, and enhance your organization's profile page. You can now add a cover photo and your organization's logo as well as add up to 15 product categories and services. Your Online Profile Page has a list of tasks to manage important functions, information, and responsibilities.
